Move your body as you relax while feeling gravity and your breath. Ballet-based movement prepares your whole body in balance and nurtures beautiful muscles. We move and dance like water, wind, fire, and earth. Your body plays with all kinds of textures. Focus on your comfort rather than your forms. It will also refresh your body and mind as you enjoy moving and dancing.

January 1st〜12th and February 24th〜March 15th
Dance with Earth 75mins 2500₨/1 lesson
(Maximum 15people. Please bring your yoga mat and wear easy and comfortable clothes.)
